  • q-iconWhen I click on the "List on Amazon" button my items are not showing up in my inventory. Any suggestions?

    Please check the upload status on your Amazon account. Go to inventory — add product via uploadmonitor upload status. Check and see if there were any errors. If any errors, please send us the processing report so we can diagnose.

  • q-iconI'm getting the following error message, "Request signature is too far in the future..." How do I fix this?

    Please make sure the time, date, and time zone on your computer are correct.

  • q-iconHow do I retrieve my license keys and download link.

  • q-iconIt is taking a very long time to scan a book into ScanLister. Sometimes 2-3 minutes per book. What can I do about this?

    Sometimes the Amazon API can be slow.  However, there is a workaround.  Go to options and uncheck the “show product information” box.  You will be able to scan products instantly.  The title and rank will not show, but it is not required to list on Amazon.

  • q-iconWhen I scan the barcode of a paperback book, the wrong title shows up on ScanLister.

    If you are scanning a mass market paperback book (the small pocket size ones), please scan the barcode on the inside of the front cover.  The barcode on the back of the book will not work.
