Sometimes when you list on ScanLister, your items will not show on your Amazon seller account. Why? Here are few reasons:
- Duplicate SKU Number(s)
- Not approved to sell certain items on Amazon
- Max selling price is lower than the price of the item
In order to troubleshoot this issue, go to your Amazon seller account. Click on Inventory – Upload Products Via Upload – Monitor Upload Status.
Look for the latest batch and download the processing report. This will show you any errors in the upload. Note: It will be much easier to read if you copy and paste the report in an excel or google spreadsheet.
If you can’t identity the error, send the processing report to info@scanlister.com, and we’ll take a look at it.
Here’s a video that goes into more detail on the process.
If you have few hundred items that you want to change, but of course you do not want to change them manually.
You open the EXCEL SHEET and highlight and drag down the price or sequence that you want to change and you have changed the whole tab.!
Thanks for that suggestion!
Recently our items are not being listed. Amazon is telling us we have to use their templates for every single book we list which is frankly impossible. Every list we habe tried to upload since Saturday has been errored out. Help!

I’ve been getting that too, but my uploads have been going through fine. As long as it says, “status: complete, processed successfully” and shows the correct number of records submitted, then the upload went through fine. If there were errors, please download the processing report and send it to support@scanlister.com.
My wife has been speaking with and working with someone today on this issue. Yes there were errors.
